"Hair spa" usually means one of two things: an intensive conditioning treatment for the hair, or a full scalp ritual. At The Temple you get both in one appointment, because dry, dull hair and a congested scalp are almost always the same problem.
Each ritual begins with a scalp read, then a double cleanse and exfoliation to clear product, dry shampoo and mineral buildup. From there we choose between hydration, detox or intensive repair, hold it in with steam or warm oil, and finish with a full blow dry.
Las Vegas water and desert air are hard on hair. If your ends feel straw-like by week two and your roots feel heavy by day two, that is exactly what this is for.
Hair spa vs. head spa
A hair spa is usually sold on the condition of the strand, masks, ampoules, shine. A head spa is sold on the scalp, cleansing, circulation and massage.
We do not separate them. The Restoration ($155) leans toward the hair with an intensive hydrating mask and extended massage; The Purification ($125) leans toward the scalp with detox and exfoliation.
For color-treated and damaged hair
Bleached, chlorine-damaged or heavily heat-styled hair does best on a repair-weighted ritual roughly every four weeks, ideally before a color appointment rather than right after.
We will tell you honestly if what you need is a haircut rather than another mask.
Blowouts on their own
If you only want the finish: blowouts run $30 short, $40 medium, $50 long and $65 extra long, plus $20 for extensions or extra density.
