All reservations are held with a valid card on file. A 50% deposit may be required for parties of two or more or for services over 90 minutes. Deposits are applied to the final total at checkout.

We ask for 24 hours notice on cancellations or reschedules so we can offer the time to another guest.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the booked service. Reschedules made more than 24 hours in advance are always free.

Out of respect for guests booked after you, services that begin more than 15 minutes late may be shortened to fit the original window. The full service price still applies.

Please tell us in advance about scalp conditions, recent dermatological procedures, pregnancy, or medications that affect the skin. Some treatments may be adjusted or declined for your safety. Our therapists are not medical providers.

Gift cards are non-refundable, transferable, and have no expiration date. Lost cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.

The Temple is a quiet space. Mobile devices are silenced. Children under 16 are welcome only as booked guests of a service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a way that disrupts other guests.

To the extent permitted by law, The Temple Head Spa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
