Head spa
Las Vegas.

A studio built for one thing: the scalp. Rituals run 60 to 105 minutes at 4235 S. Fort Apache Rd., Tuesday through Saturday.

The Temple is a dedicated head spa in Las Vegas, not a salon that added scalp treatments to the back of the menu. Every therapist trains in the same Hindu-inspired method, and the room, light and sound are treated as part of the treatment.

Every ritual follows the same spine: a scalp read by hand and light, a full double cleanse, exfoliation where the scalp needs it, an extended scalp massage through the crown, temples, occipital ridge and neck, steam or warm oil, a finishing treatment matched to your scalp, and a full blow dry. You leave finished, not damp.

We are on the west side of the valley at 4235 S. Fort Apache Rd., Suite 100-00, roughly 15 to 20 minutes from the Strip, with free parking at the suite.

Why a dedicated head spa

A scalp treatment squeezed between color appointments gets the time that is left over. Here, the appointment is the whole point, the hands-on massage stretch runs 20 to 40 minutes depending on the ritual you book.

Nothing is upsold in the chair. The menu and the prices are published, and the ritual you book is the ritual you get.

What your scalp gets out of it

Product, dry shampoo, hard-water minerals and sebum build up around the follicle in a layer a normal shampoo does not lift. A double cleanse with exfoliation clears it, and the finishing treatment rebalances hydration or detox depending on the read.

The second half is the nervous system. Sustained pressure through the temples, jaw and occipital ridge is why most guests fall asleep and why they rebook every four to six weeks.
