What drives the price
Three things: how long the therapist's hands are on you, how many treatment steps are included, and whether add-ons like red light therapy or an intensive mask are part of the ritual. Length is the biggest factor, a head spa is almost entirely labor.
Cheap 30-minute 'head spa' offerings are usually a salon wash with a longer massage attached. That is fine, but it is a different product.
